(For National\International Users) (“Toil”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information through www.toil.live (the “Site”) and any other websites, features, applications, widgets, or online services that are owned or controlled by Toil.live and that post a link to this Privacy Policy (together with the Site, the “Service” ), as well as any information Toil.live collect offline in connection with the Service. Note that we combine the information we collect from you from the Site, through the Service generally, or offline.

Toil.live collects your information when you register on the Toil.live site and when you visit Toil pages.

Toil.live will not sell or rent any collected information to third parties. Toil.live will not share your contact information with other users or third parties except in connection with possible employment and with your express consent. All registered Toil.live members click the "I AGREE" checkbox on the registration form to agree to the Toil.live Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Accordingly, all registered users agree that certain profile information is accessible to other registered users.

Toil.live records IP addresses for system administration purposes. This information is used to diagnose server problems, monitor traffic patterns, analyze trends, administer the Website, track member user patterns, and identify the most popular areas of the Website to deliver content most relevant to registered members. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information and are only used to gather broad demographic information for aggregate use, except in the case of fraud.

Toil.live reserves the right to share aggregated demographic information with its partners and/or advertisers, such information will not be linked to personal information that identifies registered users, except in the case of fraud.

 

WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

To provide and improve the Service, complete your transactions, address your inquiries, process your registration, verify the information you provide is valid, and for compliance and internal business purposes.

To contact you with administrative communications and Toil.live newsletters, marketing or promotional materials (on behalf of Toil.live or third parties), and other information that may be of interest to you.

3. DATA RETENTION
Unless you request that we delete certain information, we retain government-issued identification documents you submit to verify your identity for 30 days. Your information may persist in copies made for backup and business continuity purposes for additional time.
